Account Supervisor

We are seeking an energetic, cat-wrangling, ninjalike Account Supervisor who thrives in keeping teams organized and on time to join our agency. The Account Supervisor supports the team in the coordination and execution of campaigns.

Overview of the Role

  • Serves as day-to-day client contact, coordinating and monitoring day-to-day activities associated with project deliverables

  • Fosters and maintains strong client relationships, acting as a trusted voice for client needs

  • Experience interacting with brands and agencies to provide insights and strategic recommendations for client work

  • Drafts and reviews Statements of Work (SOWs) and provides updates to leadership

  • Possesses an understanding of pharmaceutical rules and regulations

  • Proactive and can problem solve with clients and/or bring solutions to the manager for consideration

  • Understands brand goals, strategies, competitors, and targets to enable strategic conversations with clients

  • Asks the tough questions and navigates account challenges, setting client expectations where needed

  • Anticipates client needs and implements solutions in partnership with the teams

  • Oversees the financial health of accounts and directs the team in client projections, forecasting, and reconciliations on a monthly and annual basis

  • Guides the development of all project briefs and reviews drafts written by other team members

  • Acts as a project manager for our internal team on projects and partners with our vendors and contractors (flex team) on timeline management

  • Maintains the ability to be agile by prioritizing multiple tasks, mentoring, and training junior account team members

Stays abreast of industry trends both in the media and pharma/healthcare space

What We’re Looking For

  • Highly organized, creative, flexible, self-driven, and resourceful

  • 4+ years of experience in an agency setting, with a minimum of 2 years in pharmaceutical/healthcare

  • Direct experience in client management

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken, with an ability to inform, influence, convince, and persuade

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines, while delivering high-quality work

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Cvent and DocuSign preferred
