Senior Account Executive
We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our agency. The Senior Account Executive collaborates with the team to ensure client deliverables are completed on time and within budget. The Senior Account Executive manages the client relationship through ongoing communication regarding current projects.

Overview of the Role
Build and manage successful relationships with assigned clients
Coordinate and monitor the project management of day-to-day tasks associated with project deliverables, including timeline development and management
Collaborate and provide clear direction to team members on project status, creative direction, and completion
Advocate for the client by conveying their needs to the team to ensure project objectives are met
Ensure key deliverables are met, potential scope creep is identified, and change orders are developed, as necessary
Provide client-focused communications, both written and oral, around project status, budget management, and deliverable deadlines
Write appropriate client documents, including statements of work, project briefs, agendas, status reports, change logs, presentations, etc.
Assess day-to-day situations and evaluate the impact of factors such as quality of work, internal team, client timelines, etc.
Assist with identification of and contracting with approved vendors, as necessary
What We’re Looking For
A highly organized, creative, flexible, self-driven, and resourceful self-starter with a passion for fostering client relationships and the work Agile does
A bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field
2+ years of relevant industry experience (agency, digital marketing, and/or pharma experience)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and work independently
An individual who is solution-oriented and proactive
A team player who advocates for the team and client
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken, with an ability to inform, influence, convince, and persuade
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines, while delivering high-quality work
Can assess situations, partner with their manager to discuss solutions, and evaluate factors such as quality of work, internal team, and client timelines
High level of competency in the English language
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe products
